Crock Pot General Tso's Chicken ~ Tastes even better than the take-out version and cuts a lot of the calories
Ingredients

2 lbs Chicken breasts, boneless skinless

1/4 tsp Ginger, dried
1 Green onions
1 Rice and broccoli
Condiments
1/2 cup Soy sauce, low sodium
Baking & Spices
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
7/8 cup Cornstarch
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Sugar
Oils & Vinegars
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
1/3 cup Vinegar
Drinks
1/2 cup Pineapple juice, unsweetened
