This Spanish-style chicken stew with chorizo, olives and chickpeas is simply packed with flavour.
Ingredients
∙ Serves 6
Meat
8 Chicken thighs, bone in skin on
199 1/4 g Chorizo sausage
Produce
1/4 Chilli, powder
1/4 tsp Chilli flakes, dried
2 Garlic cloves
1 Onion, large
1 tsp Onion granules
1 tsp Oregano, dried
1 tsp Thyme, dried
1 Thyme, fresh
Canned Goods
1 Vegetable or chicken stock cube
Condiments
1 tbsp Honey
20 Olives, green pitted
Baking & Spices
1 tsp Paprika, sweet
1 Salt and freshly ground pepper
Oils & Vinegars
4 tbsp Olive oil
Nuts & Seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin, ground
Beer, Wine & Liquor
1 splash Sherry

1 x400g (14oz chopped tomatoes in tomato juice)
