Ingredients
∙ Serves 6
Meat
  • 8 Chicken thighs, bone in skin on
  • 199 1/4 g Chorizo sausage
Produce
  • 1/4 Chilli, powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli flakes, dried
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Onion, large
  • 1 tsp Onion granules
  • 1 tsp Oregano, dried
  • 1 tsp Thyme, dried
  • 1 Thyme, fresh
Canned Goods
  • 1 Vegetable or chicken stock cube
Condiments
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 20 Olives, green pitted
Baking & Spices
  • 1 tsp Paprika, sweet
  • 1 Salt and freshly ground pepper
Oils & Vinegars
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp Cumin, ground
